Tent :

(a) 80 ft. X 60 ft. with inner ciling, wall & 500 plastic chairs, 20 pcs sofa, 30 pcs executive chairs for Stage, 10 tea tables, necessary Stage decoration with cloth wall, Carpet laying on stage and entrance (150 ft. approx).

(b) 200 ft. X 200 ft. dining space with 100 dining tables and 400 plastic chairs,

Main Gate:

01 (Design of the gate will be supplied by the College),

Overhead structures for light installation from the first gate to the second gate (170 ft approx) and carpet laying from the main gate to the stage.

Light decoration in the college building:

2000 pcs LED/RICE chains (approx), Complete light & fans for Stage, Complete light for main gate, overhead LED chain installation, LED light decorated tree, indoor lights for campus, Lights & fans for dining hall, DG for all electrical equipment.

Fooding :

Tiffin with Britania Cake (1 pc..), Sweet (2 pcs.), Banana (1 pc.), Dalmung (1 pkt.), Apple (1 pc.),

Lunch – Katla Fish Meal / Chicken (poultry) Meal / Veg Meal (approximate heads - 2000),

Tea/Coffee Machine 2 pcs.
