Year of Inception (Hons.) – 1964
Philosophy is the mother of all subjects. The Department of Philosophy of the college started its glorious journey in 1964 with a handful of students. With advancement in years, there have been both qualitative and quantitative improvement in terms of students and the quality of teaching. Just as it has a remarkable past, it has a vibrant present and looks forward to an even more lively future.
